The car finance market seems to be picking up a bit. I rewmeber last year it seemed to be really hard to get car finance. Now, however, it all seems to be picking up a bit whivch is good news for everyone.

Car financing companies seem to be getting more and more stringent with their lending criteria. There don’t seem to be any more decent deals. It used to be possible to get quotes of several providers and chose the one that you deemed best suited. Now the lenders hold all the cards due to the amount of people now with bad credit and you will be lucky to get an offer of one lender, let alone seven! Its called a recession

Car finance is the most parasitic tyype of finance available. You are borrowing a substanital amount of money against a depreciating asset at an incredibly high APR. It couldn’t be worst. You couldn’t make it up.

Where is the fun buying a new car, getting financxe over three years and finding out after the end of the loan that you have paid 30% more than the list price of the car and it is now worth only a third of the list price. Now work out the logic and the maths on that!!!!

These balloon payments are sometimes completely misleading. Yeah thewy give you the ability to buy a car instead of giving it back but like the article says whether you are looking for bad credit car finance or not, balloon payments are an extremely expensive.
